I think it's meant to be the tagline/headerline, similar to MySpace or Match.com..

Another new feature I noticed is that the Photos app now lets users __upload__ their own content to post on publisher. This was a feature originally provided by the "Attach Photos" (http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id...) application.

New profile? As of 3:53pm EST on Friday, I'm still not seeing any changes in the profiles at all. Looks the same as it did last week.

With the new profile; anyone have any idea how you would go about changing your name? I'm assuming it'll be through the lock button in the top right? The pages are so limited now. I really wish we could access the "home" page. =|

Seems like a regularly updated section, simular to the "About me". But, will show under most of the tabs.

As to bugs on th new profile, does anyone know why the news feed adds an extra hours to any story? The profile now will show 1:56pm while the new one will say 4:56pm.

i would like a 'Hug' easter egg feature basically 'Poke' rebranded, but they should not get rid of Poke as i would miss it! maybe Pokes could become 'Pokes & Hugs'

*no limit on hug and poking - so FB remove the 'users are poking to much so slow down' that i know my poke obsessed frriends have got (its interactivity)*
Wink - also make Poke and hugging applications reviewed and forced to collaborate as maybe called Poke Extra and Hug Extra e.g. send birthday hug/poke or 4th july hug/poke

What is Facebook going to do with the News Feed? My hunch is that the big announcement revolves around News Feed and search.
