I don't add people unless I know them. I don't need to join the competition to have the most facebook friends when I can stay true to the friends I have on facebook.  I'm not afraid to send people a message saying, "hey -- do I know you?" and then just deny them if I don't know them.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I personally don't have a problem with just denying people, rather than adding then deleting them.
