    Good to see FB move in this direction, but the billing engine doesn't accept UK addresses, despite the fact that you can select UK as a country. They lost me as a customer.

    I'm also having issues signing up with a UK credit card. Facebook support are already aware of the issue. No mention of when we can expect it resolved. Looking forward to giving it a try...

    What does it mean when it says that the more your price per click the higher the chance your ad will be shown? How do I figure out how much i should make my max price per click in order for my ad to be shown enough?
