There, now nobody can add you as a friend.
Mark Zuckerberg isn't the only one to have that feature. It's been available for a LONG time.

Also, based on your screenshot, this is a group, not an individual's profile. You join a group as opposed to becoming its friend.

I subsequently found that Sorkin does have an individual profile where he was as of last Friday conducting a lengthy Q&A with other facebook users who had signed on to be his friends.
