How exactly do they plan for us to opt-in? News feed message? Profile option?

it is here!! i was automatically moved to it (was scrolling through it) and at 2:48am BST/ 6:48pm PDT boom Welcome to the New Facebook was at the top and then the locked sections came alive
best place is to try and see if there is a opt in something either at the top that is on every page or the your newsfeed/ home for a link (of some sorts)
