I thought 'undeserved' was a typing error & 'underserved' was meant. A clarification might be in order.
I notice that you have not mentioned the F/bk. deal with Nokia which is likely to bring some huge returns.

Also, I see no evidence of the corporate involvement of either Vogue or Facebook, nor of their cooperation

Channel 4 is the sponsor of the event, and the presence on facebook is merely an unsponsored group

Now now, you may not like a particular product or service, and that's fine, but isn't it a little petty to call its user base "undeserved"?
