Thank you for reviewing the Rebtel app. I work for Rebtel and we found out that the Rebtel numbers we provide in Israel, Ireland and Norway are not local numbers, but VoIP numbers, so basically the operators can charge a different rate. Actually we made a post in the Rebtel forum as soon as we found out about this. http://forum.rebtel.com/viewtopic.php?t=1621
