    The crowd may have been looking for blood from the start but if Lacy had done a better job conducting the interview, she might have stopped the crowd from getting so agitated. In retrospect, she blew an amazing opportunity from a personal and professional basis by failing to do the job/role that was required. She may have just been using her normal interview techniques but it was the wrong approach at the wrong time.

    It's an ill wind that blows no good. You got the traffic, and she got a big bump in book sales and notoriety. Not everyone outside the tech community will think she did a bad job. I think it worked out well for everyone except the disappointed audience. But that is partially due to the format. A keynoter should give his own presentation.
